Over the past 13 years, KBC has grown steadily and has consistently aligned its profile with market demands. We firmly believe that a successful company must continually question itself, learn new things, and think outside the box. Today’s market demands flexibility, fresh ideas, and courage more than ever before—because without innovation, there is no future viability.

Continuity & New Synergies

Experienced management team and shared location in Munich

For 15 years, the internationally diverse team led by BOLD founder Ralph Rettler has been breaking away from conventional ways of thinking and working. BOLD’s clients include renowned industrial companies such as BASF, BMW, Shell, Siemens, and Airbus. To ensure close operational integration, KBC and BOLD have moved into shared office space in Munich’s Art District (Streitfeldstraße 17–19).

We are very pleased to now be able to combine our strengths: professional expertise and strong execution capabilities, together with methodological expertise and innovative strength—a combination from which all of our customers will benefit directly.
