About Daniel Zeranski

Daniel Zeranski has been with KBC since 2017 and is currently a Director and Service Line Lead for Strategy. He is responsible for the Strategy service line, with a focus on strategy development in the area of operations—from the supply chain to after-sales.
Daniel Zeranski’s consulting approach is characterized by a combination of technical expertise and a business perspective. This approach is rooted in his studies in industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
He advises companies in the automotive, building materials, energy, medical technology, and plant engineering sectors on strategy and transformation initiatives. His areas of expertise include the development and implementation of functional strategies, digitalization strategies, and growth strategies, as well as the definition and implementation of operating models.
His core competencies include strategy development and implementation, transformation management, supply chain management, capital project management (CAPEX), as well as Industry 4.0 and digital business models. He helps companies translate strategic concepts into concrete actions and provides ongoing support throughout their implementation.
