About Jonathan Isele
Jonathan Isele has been with KBC since 2016 and has served as a partner and Service Line Lead for Operative Excellence since 2025. He is responsible for establishing and further developing the service line, with a focus on improving efficiency and optimizing costs in the industrial and luxury goods sectors.
His focus is on achieving measurable improvements in operational performance across value-added processes. He specializes in unlocking efficiency potential directly in the field and implementing sustainable cost optimizations. His core expertise includes managing turnaround initiatives and establishing operational excellence. In doing so, he provides targeted support to companies in eliminating waste, streamlining structures, and firmly embedding operational excellence within the organization.
