About Benedikt Budde

Benedikt Budde has been with KBC since 2010 and is now a partner and co-lead of the Aftersales Practice. His focus is on quality management, process optimization, and cost reduction in the aftersales sector.
With his background in business informatics, Benedikt Budde combines technological expertise with business management methodologies. This combination shapes his consulting approach and forms the foundation for his work at the intersection of development, quality, and organization.
Through his many years of experience at KBC, he has established himself as a specialist in structural and organizational issues, as well as in the design and implementation of complex improvement programs. He assists companies in the automotive, rail, and truck industries with optimizing processes, methods, and tools within quality organizations.
His core competencies include managing quality management projects and developing and implementing programs for cost reduction and process optimization. He is particularly distinguished by his expertise in process analysis and root cause identification to prevent quality issues in the long term.
