Georg Huber

He has been with KBC since 2008 and has served as a senior partner and co-owner since 2013. As Practice Lead for Product Development, he oversees the product development division, with a particular focus on quality cost optimization and performance improvement.

About Georg Huber

Georg Huber has been with KBC since 2008 and has been a senior partner and co-owner since 2013. As Practice Lead for Product Development, he oversees the strategic direction of the product development division.
His passion for technology led him to the Technical University of Munich, where he studied mechanical engineering. A study abroad program and a position as an assistant to the management at his family’s mechatronics systems development company rounded out his practical training. In 2005, he joined the development management consulting firm [bu:st] automotive GmbH, where he was responsible for projects in full-vehicle development as well as product management for reporting concepts within the development process.
Today, Georg Huber draws on his many years of experience, particularly in quality cost and performance optimization across numerous industries: from agricultural machinery to rail and medical technology—his in-depth expertise is in high demand everywhere.
He attributes the fact that his projects achieve their desired goals even in challenging environments, in part, to his interdisciplinary expertise. This enables him to discuss matters on an equal footing with both engineers and business professionals—which he considers the foundation of a collaborative partnership.
