About Maximilian Klee
Maximilian Klee is a founding member and co-owner of KBC. After earning his high school diploma in the humanities and completing a degree in business administration at the University of Passau, he began his professional career at Nexolab GmbH, BMW’s in-house management consulting firm, in Munich.
His expertise is based on more than 23 years of experience supporting complex large-scale projects at OEMs and suppliers in the automotive industry. Initially, his focus was on quality and reducing warranty costs in the automotive, agricultural machinery, and rail vehicle sectors.
For the past 11 years, he has been working as a consultant and interim manager, providing targeted support to OEMs and automotive suppliers in stabilizing critical supply situations. In addition to resolving specific quality and supply issues, Max oversees strategic projects focused on optimizing the quality of purchased parts in the automotive industry.
Electric mobility has become a key focus over the past five years. Max was in charge of a wide variety of task forces related to high-voltage storage and cell production.
Max thrives on complex challenges and critical situations. Both clients and colleagues appreciate his hands-on approach, his consistency in execution, and his speed.
