KBC receives Fair Company Siegel
Awarded by Handelsblatt and the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE), as a Fair Company we meet the expectations and values of career starters and young professionals in a special way and offer a fair, attractive working environment. As an award-winning company, we are a member of the Handelsblatt Fair Company Network.
Founded in 2004 by Handelsblatt, Fair Company is the largest and best-known employer network in Germany that is committed to a fair working environment. Fair Company is aimed specifically at career starters and young professionals and recognizes companies that offer young people fair working conditions and development prospects.
Information on testing and methodology
The assessment by the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE) as a scientific partner is based on a questionnaire developed specifically for Fair Company. This list of questions is based on comprehensive analyses by the Institute on the subject of fairness, the values of Generation Y and Generation Z and the expectations of today’s young professionals and the public for a fair, attractive employer. The following are evaluateda. Criteria such as work organization, cooperation and leadership, corporate culture and values, commitment to employees, diversity and equal opportunities, awareness of fair conduct in the market, social responsibility and sustainability. Only if the requirements are met in all dimensions is a company considered a certified Fair Company and can become a member.
The target group itself, career starters and young professionals, also give their feedback in parallel to the company’s review. The feedback is collected and evaluated by Fair Company together with the Institute for Employment and Employability.
