About Martin Betz

Martin Betz has been with KBC since 2017 and is now a partner specializing in production, supply, supplier, and quality management.
Building on his degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, he combines a solid technical understanding with operational excellence. This combination shapes his holistic view of production processes, supply chains, and quality requirements.
At KBC, Martin Betz helps companies achieve sustainable improvements in their production and supply processes. His areas of expertise include production and quality optimization, the industrialization of manufacturing processes, production ramp-ups, production cost optimization, and auditing. He assists his clients in identifying opportunities for improvement and successfully implementing measures to enhance quality, productivity, and delivery capability.
He is particularly distinguished by his in-depth expertise in the relevant automotive standards. Drawing on his experience with various VDA standards as well as IATF 16949 and his certification as an auditor, he supports companies with audits, site assessments, and the identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement in production and quality processes.
