Victor Gradl has been with KBC since 2018 and, as an experienced generalist and strategic visionary, guides companies through complex change processes. As a Director, he oversees a wide range of projects at the critical intersection of corporate strategy, operational excellence, and after-sales. His particular strength lies in translating ambitious, strategic visions into measurable, operational measures and embedding them sustainably within his clients’ organizations.
His career journey at KBC reflects his broad expertise across the entire value chain: In addition to successfully managing complex business case and cost analysis projects as well as challenging strategy projects, he is responsible in his day-to-day work for the sustainable optimization of product and production quality.
