About Tobias Budde

Tobias Budde has been with KBC since 2011; he is now a partner and senior vice president responsible for the company's international strategy.
After earning a degree in economics and management from the University of Hohenheim (with a focus on production and logistics, procurement, and supply chain management), Tobias Budde combines technical knowledge with business expertise. This interdisciplinary background forms the foundation for his holistic consulting practice.
During his more than fifteen years at KBC, he has established himself as an expert in quality management, after-sales service, supply chain, and production. He advises leading clients in the automotive, commercial vehicle, and medical technology sectors on optimizing their supplier quality, production processes, supply chain processes, and after-sales processes, as well as on the strategic realignment of their customer service.
His strength lies in providing end-to-end support: From conception through design to implementation, he guides companies through complex transformation projects. His expertise in process analysis and root cause identification—which helps avoid the need for technical fixes—is particularly valued.
