About Philipp Berger

Philipp Berger has been with KBC since 2019 and, as a manager, is responsible for establishing and strategically developing the Data & AI service line. His primary focus is on identifying and sustainably realizing AI-driven potential, as well as purposefully empowering organizations and employees to work with artificial intelligence. As the person in charge of KBC’s proprietary AI stack and the internal development of KBC’s consulting team, he actively embodies the principle of “practice what you preach”: The AI solutions and best practices tested in-house are directly incorporated into KBC’s client projects as proven, practical value.
His consulting approach is characterized by the seamless integration of innovative AI technology, data-driven methods, and complex business management issues. This approach is grounded in his studies in Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and his research work at the Chair of Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
In his consulting practice, Philipp Berger combines his expertise in artificial intelligence, data transformation and modeling, business intelligence, data visualization, and process intelligence to offer a comprehensive range of services. He helps companies transparently unlock the potential of their data, build modern reporting and analytics platforms, and sustainably embed AI applications to continuously improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
