About Nadia Massari

Nadia Massari has been with KBC since 2021 and has served as a director since 2025. She supports companies through complex transformations, working in industries such as the automotive, commercial vehicle, and building materials sectors. She places particular emphasis on the potential of artificial intelligence: How can knowledge be better leveraged, processes be specifically supported, and new opportunities for value creation be tapped?
Her focus is on initiating and managing complex programs as well as M&A transformation projects, including in the aftersales sector. She supports companies in centralizing core organizational functions, establishing new processes and teams, and developing and rolling out digital platforms internationally. In doing so, she integrates technological and organizational challenges with organizational development and change management. For her, intercultural communication is a key component in successfully shaping change across national and organizational boundaries.
Her core competencies include developing digitalization strategies for Industry 4.0 use cases, optimizing returns logistics and remanufacturing, and providing support for the rollout of Europe-wide spare parts offerings. A key focus is the circular economy and the question of how circular cycles can be strengthened through appropriate processes, organizational structures, and digital solutions. She does not view artificial intelligence in isolation, but rather in interaction with people, processes, and data. Her focus is on practical applications that reduce the workload on employees, support decision-making, and can be meaningfully integrated into existing workflows.
