About Nadia Massari

Nadia Massari has been with KBC since 2021 and has served as a director since 2025. She is responsible for transformation projects focused on digitalization and after-sales development in the automotive, commercial vehicle, and building materials industries.
Her focus is on the initialization and management of complex programs as well as M&A transformation projects in the aftersales sector. She supports companies in centralizing core organizational functions and establishing new processes and teams. In addition, she specializes in the development and international rollout of digital platforms.
Its core competencies include developing digitalization strategies for Industry 4.0 use cases, optimizing processes in returns logistics and remanufacturing, and providing support for the rollout of Europe-wide spare parts offerings and the management of warranty management systems.
