About Larissa Fahrmeier

Larissa Fahrmeier has been with KBC since 2017 and is currently a Director and Service Line Lead for Business Transformation. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the service line, with a focus on organizational and process development, AI-supported process mapping, project management, program initiation, and transformation management—for example, for the implementation of AI.
Larissa Fahrmeier’s consulting approach is characterized by a combination of technical expertise and transformation skills. Her background in mechanical engineering forms the foundation for her holistic view of complex change processes and industrial value creation structures.
During her time at KBC, she has established herself as an expert in both traditional and AI-supported project management and program initiation. She assists companies in the automotive, plant engineering, and agricultural machinery industries with optimizing development processes, ensuring supply chain continuity during crises, and implementing complex transformation projects.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she guides companies from the conceptual phase through to the successful implementation of complex programs. In this role, she facilitates workshops, initiates quality programs, and confidently steers multi-project initiatives and catch-up programs to success. She is particularly distinguished by her pragmatic approach and her expertise in process optimization and the implementation of agile work methods.
