About Larissa Fahrmeier
Larissa Fahrmeier has been with KBC since 2017 and is currently a Director and Service Line Lead for Business Transformation. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the service line, with a focus on organizational and process development.
After earning a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Larissa Fahrmeier combines a solid technical understanding with expertise in transformation management. Her academic background forms the foundation for her holistic perspective on complex change processes.
Throughout her career at KBC, she has established herself as an expert in project management and program initiation. She advises leading companies in the automotive, plant engineering, and agricultural machinery industries on optimizing development processes, ensuring supply chain continuity during crises, and preparing for the challenges of the digital car.
As a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), she brings specialized expertise to the table. She facilitates workshops, initiates quality programs, and successfully leads multi-project initiatives and catch-up programs. Her strength lies in the pragmatic implementation of process optimizations and the establishment of agile work methods.
