About Jost von Trott zu Solz

Jost von Trott has been with KBC since 2021 and has served as a Senior Partner and SCM Practice Co-Lead since 2026. He assists companies—particularly those in the automotive industry and plant engineering sector—in securing their supply and stabilizing complex supply chains. As a Senior Partner, he brings extensive experience in supplier management, operational restructuring, and the management of complex projects.
His project experience includes securing Tier 1 supply chains during supply crises, leading task forces to empower suppliers, and ensuring development and production approvals. He is also responsible for technical campaigns and global product recalls.
Drawing on his experience in supplier and recall management, Jost von Trott helps companies reduce supply risks, stabilize supply chains in a sustainable manner, and ensure a reliable supply even in challenging situations.
