About Constantin von Unruh

Constantin von Unruh has been with KBC since 2023 and, as a manager since 2026, has been responsible for projects with a focus on project and rollout management as well as sales and after-sales. His focus is on analyzing and optimizing processes and management structures with the goal of sustainably increasing efficiency and transparency.

In client projects, Constantin combines in-depth process knowledge with extensive project management experience. His project experience ranges from the analysis and optimization of service and sales processes to the development of management strategies and the support of complex projects and rollouts.

His approach is characterized by a structured and methodical process, as well as in-depth industry knowledge, particularly in the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors. Drawing on his experience in project, change, and rollout management, he helps clients identify areas for action, refine processes in a targeted manner, and successfully implement optimization measures into their operations.
