About Benedikt Budde

Benedikt Budde has been with KBC since 2010 and is now a partner and co-lead of the Aftersales Practice. He is responsible for strategic projects in the areas of quality management and process optimization.
After studying business informatics at the University of Stuttgart and the Technical University of Munich, Benedikt Budde combines in-depth IT knowledge with business management methodologies. This technical and analytical expertise forms the foundation of his consulting work.
Throughout his more than sixteen-year career at KBC, he has established himself as a specialist in structural and organizational issues, as well as in the design and implementation of solutions. He advises leading companies in the automotive, rail, and truck industries on optimizing processes, methods, and tools in E/E development and quality management.
His core competencies include project management in quality management, as well as the development and implementation of programs for cost reduction and process optimization. He is particularly noted for his expertise in process analysis and root cause identification to prevent quality issues.
