KBC acquires a stake in Bold Group GmbH

This applies to KBC itself as well as to our existing and future customers. For this reason, we are pleased to be joining forces with the renowned innovation consulting firm Bold Group, effective immediately. KBC holds just under half of the shares in the joint venture, which was established as part of an asset deal and will continue to operate under the name “Bold,” supplemented by the addition “KBC Center for Innovation.”
For 15 years, the internationally diverse team led by founder Ralph Rettler has stood for breaking away from conventional ways of thinking and working, and for innovation as a tool for progress, efficiency, and sustainability. Bold’s clients include, for example, BASF, BMW, Shell, Siemens, and Airbus.
Back in early September, KBC and Bold moved into new offices together at Streitfeldstrasse 17–19 in Munich’s newly established Art District. We are very pleased to now be able to combine our strengths: professional expertise and strong execution capabilities, together with methodological expertise and innovative strength.
