Introduction to (Quality) Management Systems
Companies must have a standardized and effective quality management system in place—for example, one compliant with DIN EN ISO 9001—in order to remain competitive on the global market. As part of the certification process, an independent certification body evaluates the company’s processes, structures, resources, and risks, and documents its process and procedure guidelines. Preparing for DIN EN ISO 9001 Certification
