KBC ranks among the top ten in the "Best Small and Medium-Sized Employers 2023" awards

We have once again been recognized as one of the best in the regional competition “Best Employers in Small and Medium-Sized Businesses 2023” by Great Place to Work®. According to Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at Great Place to Work®, the award reflects credible leadership that works with employees in a fair and respectful manner, a high level of employee identification with the company, and a strong team spirit within the organization.

In this year’s survey, the Great Place to Work® jury placed particular emphasis on the focus on developing individual potential through ongoing support—not only during the onboarding process, but especially throughout employees’ careers.

“In addition to our unique corporate culture, we’re known for our exceptional team spirit. Alongside shared professional experiences, we regularly host celebrations and events, such as the KBC Summer Festival or a tennis tournament. Our group trips to Oktoberfest and multi-day team outings to other European countries also help foster team cohesion. Our weekly alternating yoga sessions and circuit training—led by employees—are also very popular,” says Felix Feuerbach, co-founder and senior partner at KBC.

We were also recognized with fifth place in the “Best Employers in Consulting 2023” competition. The ranking for the “Bavaria’s Best Employers 2023” award will be announced on April 26 during the awards ceremony.
