Whenever operational circumstances allow, we also offer sabbaticals.

At our company, it’s easy to balance a consulting career with family life: We grant fathers special leave following the birth of their child and help mothers ease back into work—for example, after parental leave—through flexible work schedules and professional refresher training. We do so in full compliance with legal requirements.

Team events

As an integral part of our company culture, we also regularly organize events that you’ll definitely want to tell your friends about. In addition to tennis tournaments, summer parties, trips to Oktoberfest, and Christmas parties, our multi-day team retreats to other European countries foster team cohesion and are what make our team spirit so special.

Informative evenings by the fireplace, our weekly rotating yoga sessions, and circuit training—led by our staff—are very popular.

Our employees are assigned roles and compensated based on their respective hierarchical level, regardless of gender or gender identity; in other words, we have no gender pay gap. Our project teams are assembled solely on the basis of skills and are therefore completely gender-neutral.

We take special care to accommodate religious and philosophical beliefs. For example, we provide spaces where guests can retreat for prayer and meditation. We also offer a variety of dietary options, including vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, and halal meals. Our facilities, including the accessible restroom, are barrier-free and very spacious. All entrances are accessible by elevator or at ground level. Equipment such as dishes and office supplies is stored within easy reach.
