For the fifth time, KBC has won the “Best Employer in Consulting” and “Bavaria’s Best Employers” awards, and for the first time, the “Best Small and Medium-Sized Business Employer” award—thank you to our amazing team for another outstanding rating!
As management consultants, we are accustomed to working as a team, always collaborating closely with our colleagues and staying in close contact with our clients. Together, we find tailored solutions to unique challenges. We are a well-oiled team—that is what sets us apart.
Due to the pandemic, 2020 made much of this “teamwork” impossible. Face-to-face interaction, those important “casual conversations” in the hallway, our daily interactions, and the cultivation of our unique corporate culture—all of that suddenly became impossible.
The fact that we have nevertheless been able to achieve such a successful fiscal year and have once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work fills me with immense pride. The outstanding feedback from our employees proves that our KBC spirit—characterized by trust, appreciation, and a family-like atmosphere—is stronger than any crisis. A team like ours thrives on challenges and delivers excellent work even when the circumstances seem to make it impossible.
I’m looking forward to the whole KBC team being able to work together again soon in our new offices, as well as celebrating and spending time together.
