KBC has once again been named one of the "Best Employers in Consulting."
KBC is one of the best employers in the consulting industry.
Munich –KBC is among the winners of this year’s Great Place to Work “Best Employers in Consulting” competition.
The awards recognized companies that offer their employees a particularly trusting and supportive culture of collaboration, as well as good, attractive working conditions.

General information about the competition:
The assessment was based on a detailed anonymous survey of all KBC employees covering key workplace topics such as trust in management, quality of collaboration, appreciation, identification with the company, career development opportunities, compensation, health promotion, and work-life balance. In addition, management was surveyed regarding supportive HR initiatives and programs within the company. The results of the two internationally proven assessment tools (Great Place to Work® Employee Survey + Culture Audit) were weighted in a 2:1 ratio; thus, the direct assessment by employees takes precedence.
Consulting firms of all sizes and from all industry segments participated in the latest Great Place to Work® industry competition, “Best Employers in Consulting 2018.” They underwent a voluntary assessment of the quality and appeal of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute and were evaluated by their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the entire field of participants (benchmarking differentiated by company size).
The partners of the Great Place to Work industry initiative, launched in 2016, and the “Best Employers in Consulting” competition are the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (BDU) and the industry platform Consulting.de.
