Press Release

KBC has once again received the Great Place to Work® award for “Best Employers in Consulting 2023”

With a fifth-place finish, we have once again been recognized among the best in this year’s Great Place to Work® “Best Employers in Consulting 2023” competition. According to Great Place to Work®, great employers have one thing in common: they are committed to credible, fair leadership and the active development of their employees. Respect, trust, and team spirit are integral parts of their corporate culture.

In this year’s survey, the Great Place to Work® jury particularly highlighted the regular mentoring sessions and team meetings, which take place every two weeks and thus foster regular communication within the team.

“Our unique corporate culture is built on trust and mutual respect. We place particular emphasis on teamwork and friendly interactions among colleagues. As leaders, we lead by example. Our team spirit is characterized by helpfulness and solidarity,” summarizes Stefan Kemény, Managing Director and Senior Partner at KBC. This was confirmed by the most recent employee survey conducted as part of the biannual team workshop on the “Continuous Improvement Process” (CIP).

We were also honored with ninth place in the “Best Small and Medium-Sized Employers 2023” competition. The ranking for the “Bavaria’s Best Employers 2023” award will be announced on April 26 during the awards ceremony.
