Project Management Training Program for Improved Project Outcomes
We developed a practical project management training program for a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer. The goal was to improve project outcomes in terms of transparency and speed of implementation, as well as to equip employees with effective tools and methods.
Background
The client was faced with a growing number of optimization and change projects that had to be implemented in a shorter timeframe alongside day-to-day operations. A lack of project experience and insufficient knowledge of methodologies often led to delays.
Specific task
Our task was to design and implement practical project management tools and methods. This included elements such as project profiles, time and resource planning, metrics, and status reporting. We conducted practical training sessions to teach consultants the skills needed for project execution. Together with the training participants, we put together a project management toolkit for everyday use.

We designed, implemented, and conducted practical project management training sessions. A specially developed toolkit was created and put to use in the projects. We trained employees and equipped them to apply project management standards. Our approach placed particular emphasis on the practical applicability of the methods taught in day-to-day project work.
