We offer you the opportunity to individually adjust your working hours to balance your work and private life. In this way, we create the basis for a good work-life balance, so that you have enough freedom for family and self-fulfillment – whether for voluntary work, further education or caring for a family member. We also allow you to take sabbaticals, if the company’s resources permit.
We make it easy to combine a career as a consultant with family life: We grant fathers special leave after the birth of their child and make it easier for mothers to return to work, for example after parental leave, with flexible working time models and professional update training. In doing so, we take into account the legal requirements.
Teamevents
As an integral part of our corporate culture, we also organize regular events that you will definitely tell your friends about. In addition to tennis tournaments, summer parties, Oktoberfest visits and Christmas parties, the multi-day team excursion to other European countries promotes team cohesion and makes up our very special team spirit.
Informative fireside evenings and our weekly alternating yoga sessions and circuit trainings – conducted by employees – are very popular.

Our employees are deployed and paid according to their respective hierarchy level, regardless of gender or gender identity, i.e. there is no gender pay gap at our company. Our project teams are composed exclusively according to competencies and are therefore completely gender-neutral.
We are particularly considerate of religion and ideology. There are opportunities to retreat for prayer and meditation. We also take vegetarian, pescetarian, vegan and halal diets into account. Our premises, including a toilet for the disabled, are barrier-free and very generously designed. All entrances are accessible by elevator or at ground level. Equipment such as dishes and office supplies are located within appropriate reach.
