Plant Engineering Start-up Support: Acceleration and Assurance of Production Launch
For a renowned plant engineering company, we designed and implemented comprehensive project management for the launch of a production facility. Our goal was to create ongoing transparency to ensure and accelerate the production launch.

Background
The project management installed by the client was inadequate. There was a lack of transparency regarding project progress, leading to a lack of planning certainty and informative value. Additionally, project standards in communication were missing, and there was little management support.
Specific Task
Our task included establishing project and reporting standards. Furthermore, we were to identify dependencies in the project sequence as well as consolidate and cluster open issues.
KBC Solution Approach
We implemented daily tracking and reporting to transparently present the project status and progress. By bringing together relevant stakeholders and conducting on-site inspections, we accelerated the processing of open issues. We increased management attention, which led to enhanced project progress. Overall, we prioritized and managed more than 1,800 measures.
