Co-operation for cost reduction – Cost-oriented collaboration of finance and quality management
What significance do warranty costs have in German companies? KBC has researched the usual practice of 13 CFOs of DAX and medium-sized companies from the automotive, engineering and electronics sector, in order to evaluate the topic.
The results of the study were published in the current issue of “QZ” (05/2018) under the German title „Im Schulterschluss sparen – Kostenorientierte Kooperation zwischen Finanz- und Qualitätsmanagement” (Co-operation for cost reduction – Cost-oriented collaboration of finance and quality management) and are available as PDF.
