KBC is among the top ten in the “Best Employers in Small Business 2023” award
We were once again named one of the best in Great Place to Work®’s regional competition “Best Employers in Small Medium-Sized Businesses 2023”. According to Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at Great Place to Work®, the award stands for credible management that works fairly and respectfully with employees, for a high level of employee identification and for a strong team spirit in the company.
The focus on individual potential development through continuous promotion, not only during the onboarding process but especially in the further career progression of employees, was particularly emphasised by the Great Place to Work® jury in this year’s survey.
“In addition to our unique corporate culture, we are characterised by our very special team spirit. In addition to shared professional experiences, we regularly organise celebrations and events, such as the KBC summer party or a tennis tournament. Visiting the Oktoberfest together or going on a team trip to other European countries for several days also contributes to team cohesion. Our weekly alternating yoga sessions and circuit training – conducted by employees – are also very popular,” says Felix Feuerbach, co-founder and senior partner of KBC.
We were also awarded fifth place for the “Best Employers in Consulting 2023” competition. The placement for the “Bavaria’s Best Employers 2023” award will be announced at the awards ceremony on 26 April.
