An Opportunity for Sales: Quality and Reliability – success factors for acquisition

Customers place ever higher demands on the safety and reliability of end products. In the supplier industry, product quality is determined by complex concepts, a large variety of products and shorter development and production times. Automotive suppliers in particular should therefore calculate risks, but also better exploit the possibilities of marketing their quality performance – something which is proven by this study.
