KBC once again receives the “Best Employer in Consulting” Award
KBC is one of the best employees in the consulting sector.
KBC is one of the winners of this year’s Great Place to Work competition “Best employers in consulting”.
The award was given to companies that offer their employees a particularly trustful and beneficial culture of cooperation and good, attractive working conditions.

Basic information regarding the competition:
The evaluation was based on a detailed anonymous survey of all KBC employees on central workplace issues such as trust in management, quality of cooperation, appreciation, identification with the company, career development opportunities, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. In addition, the management was questioned about supportive measures and offers for personnel work in the company. The results of the two internationally proven research instruments (the Great Place to Work® Employee Survey + Culture Audit) were weighted in a ratio of 2:1; the direct evaluation of the employees is therefore in the foreground.
Consulting companies of all sizes and industry segments took part in the current Great Place to Work® Industry Competition “Best Employers in Consulting 2018”. They underwent a voluntary review of the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute and the assessment of their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the total number of participants (benchmarking differentiated by company size).
Partners of the Great Place to Work industry initiative launched in 2016 and the “Best employers in consulting” competition are the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater e.V. (BDU) [Federal Association of German Management Consultants] and the industry platform Consulting.de.
