In the context of insolvency proceedings, we work closely with the responsible insolvency or property administrator as well as the stakeholders of affected companies. Depending on the situation, we analyze and assess the financial and operational viability of the company as a whole or of individual business units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, we develop and initialize operational restructuring concepts, taking into account all stakeholder interests. Our focus is on the sustainable optimization of financial and production areas and the corresponding personnel structure.
