KBC takes first place in this year\u00b4s employer ranking “Great Place to Work” in the “Best Employers in Consulting” category<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

KBC is celebrating! \u00a0This year we were ranked first in the employer ranking \u201cGreat Place to Work\u201d in the \u201cBest employers in consulting\u201d category for small and medium sized enterprises with fewer than 50 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a cause for celebration and to drink a toast to our new award. Managing Director Stefan Kem\u00e9ny is particularly pleased about the fact that the valuation was based on a detailed and anonymous survey of KBC employees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI have reviewed the results in detail and I am still impressed and thankful for this amazing feedback from our team. What sets us apart is our particular spirit. The employees not only enjoy coming to work but also feel like family and have a strong team spirit. They are aware of the genuine interest of our executives in them as an individual and not just in their labour. They receive recognition for their good work and outstanding commitment. Basic information regarding the competition:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The evaluation was based on a detailed anonymous survey of all KBC employees on central workplace issues such as trust in management, quality of cooperation, appreciation, identification with the company, career development opportunities, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. In addition, the management was questioned about supportive measures and offers for personnel work in the company. The results of the two internationally proven research instruments (the Great Place to Work\u00ae Employee Survey + Culture Audit) were weighted in a ratio of 2:1; the direct evaluation of the employees is therefore in the foreground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consulting companies of all sizes and industry segments took part in the current Great Place to Work\u00ae Industry Competition \u201cBest Employers in Consulting 2019\u201d. They underwent a voluntary review of the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work\u00ae Institute and the assessment of their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the total number of participants (benchmarking differentiated by company size).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partners of the Great Place to Work industry initiative launched in 2016 and the \u201cBest employers in consulting\u201d competition are the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater e.V. (BDU) [Federal Association of German Management Consultants] and the industry platform Consulting.de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
