Additionally, we were to create a transparent reporting system for better traceability of the targeted goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\">KBC Solution Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We implemented disruptive innovation strategies and set up a program management tailored to the client&#8217;s organization. As part of the implementation, we developed a modular product catalog to reduce project-specific additional costs and created transparency about the existing target gap at all relevant points in the company.
