There was a lack of transparency regarding project progress, leading to a lack of planning certainty and informative value. Additionally, project standards in communication were missing, and there was little management support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\">Specific Task<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our task included establishing project and reporting standards. Furthermore, we were to identify dependencies in the project sequence as well as consolidate and cluster open issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\">KBC Solution Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We implemented daily tracking and reporting to transparently present the project status and progress. By bringing together relevant stakeholders and conducting on-site inspections, we accelerated the processing of open issues. We increased management attention, which led to enhanced project progress.
